Fan Park 2 - Bond Scheme

£200,000 raised against £200K Target.

The new Fan Park is now making great progress with the fantastic news that we have been granted planning permission for the new structure.

Your support as fans in helping us reach our Crowdfunder target in the summer was unbelievable. With the £150K that the Trust are contributing to the project and the £200K that was generously donated, we currently have £350K towards the building costs.

German Kraft are contributing £1.15M towards the overall cost of £1.7M.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

We are now looking for the final £200K (12%) to bring the project to fruition and have created a bond scheme whereby you can make an investment in the project for a return of up to 4% interest per annum over a five year period. The minimum loan we are looking for is £500.

The loan agreement will be a legal document that can be found here.

We would look to have a repayment holiday in year one with the amount loaned then being repaid over the following four years in equal instalments.

With these bonds, you can achieve a financial return while loaning money to the Tranmere Rovers Trust to see the Fan Park become a reality.

The new Fan Park will be a fantastic facility for the club, fans and the wider community.

BONDS available on a 5 year term.
You can choose your interest rate from 1-4% annually.
Available from a minimum investment of £500.

All fans who make loans through this initiative will be recognised on a plaque inside the venue and will be invited to the official launch.
