Wembley Years Event

Friday 26th February 2016, Prenton Park, 7.30pm start.

Tickets are still available for the Wembley Years event to celebrate the winning of the Leyland DAF Cup in 1990.

Tickets are priced at £35-00 each and include 3 course dinner, the whole match on a big screen, the players from the day will give their memories of that famous day, raffles, auction of TRFC memorabilia and much more.

Tables of 10 can be purchased for £325-00.

The event will be held in what will be a fully refurbished, heated and extended marquee.

VIP tickets £70 each, to include a private pre-event champagne reception with the players from the match, one to one photo session with the players and the trophy. Entry for VIP is 7.00pm, this will take place in the refurbished suites, in the main stand.  

Tickets are very limited and are available on a first come first served basis, from the following:

500 Club

We are always looking for new members of the 500 Club. The cost is only £5-00 per month and you could wing up to £1,250-00. Remember all monies raised go towards Tranmere Rovers initiatives.

Fan Zone.

Further to the previous announcement that the Trust will be taking over the Fan Zone and re-branding it the Fan Park. We are looking for anyone who may have Tranmere Rovers flags or banners that would be willing to donate them, so that we can put them on display within the Fan Park.

Trust AGM.

Confirmation that the Trust AGM will take place in the new Fan Park 19th March 2016, with a 12.00pm start.

It is hoped we will be able to provide a live feed for those unable to attend.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows.
  • Chairman’s Report.
  • Financial Summary /Resolve to allow audit excemption / Annual Report and accounts.
  • Trust Board re-elections.
  • Discussions on Trust funding of TRFC for 2016/2017.
  • Any other business.

Birkenhead & Wirral Beer Festival.

We can confirm that we are in early discussions with CAMRA and the football club to re-launch the Birkenhead beer festival. It is hoped that this will be held in early June in the recreation centre. We will give more information on this event as soon as we are able.

Trust Website & emails.

We are currently updating, improving the layout and incorporating the Trust web site into the Trust's online shop. We are hoping this will be fully live by the end of February / early March.
